汽轮机扭叶片的虚拟设计

摘    要:工业产品传统的物理设计过程,由于前期缺乏预测能力而使产品开发程序效率低、费用高.运用产品虚拟设计的基本理论和方法,针对汽轮机中低压级的热力过程,建立了扭叶片虚拟设计的基本框架.通过热力计算程序得到扭叶片的成型规律,并从三雏造型到仿真试验进行了叶片虚拟设计的研究,将热动类专业知识、计算机仿真技术与CAD技术相结合,形成一种比传统设计过程更高效的设计方法,体现了虚拟技术在汽轮机叶片设计中的成本低、收益高、决策性好等优点.

Abstract:Due to lack of estimation during initial stage of traditional physical design process for industry product, the efficiency of conduct development is low with high cost. A basic framework of twisted blade virtual design is set up based on the theory and method of product virtual design, and aiming at the thermodynamic process of middle or lower stage of steam turbine. The molding rule of twisted blade is found by thermodynamic computation program. The study of blade virtual design is carried through from 3-dimensional modeling to simulation test. The combination of thermal power theory, computer simulation technology and CAD system forms a kind of design method with the superiority such as high efficiency, low cost and good decidability is represented in the virtual design of turbine blade.
