能源产业是山西的支柱产业,长期以来,产业结构单一、发展方式粗放等问题始终困扰着山西能源经济。在"综改区"建设的大背景下,"十二五"期间促进山西能源产业转型是实现全省跨越式发展的重中之重。针对山西能源产业的特点,从产业政策、财税金融政策等方面提出了促进山西能源产业转型发展的对策。

Transofrmation and Development Focuses of the Energy Industry of Shanxi under the Circumstance of "Comprehensive Reform Areas"and Improving Measures

The energy industry is a pillar industry of Shanxi and for a long time it has been troubling the energy economy of Shanxi for its＇ structures lacking variaties and too extensive development modes. Under the circumstance of ＂Comprehensive Reform Areas＂, the transformation of the industry is the most important thing in the leapfrog development of the whole province during the ＂Twelfth Five-year Plan＂. Concerning the features of the energy industry of Shanxi, the paper proposes some measures to promote the transformation and devel opment of Shanxi from industry policies and financial policies.
