摘    要:采用一种新的非参数统计分析方法,建立了TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)模式下城市交通与土地利用协调关系的评价指标体系,构造出评价两者协调关系的数据包络分析(DEA)模型.该模型无需预先给定评价指标的权重,且能够识别出无效单元的成因及改进方向.利用模型对我国16个典型城市的交通与土地利用协调情况进行了评价分析,从而为我国城市交通系统规划与土地利用系统规划提供决策依据.

Abstract:A model based on the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) was developed to give a better evaluation on the relationship between urban transportation and land use in Chinese cities.The evaluation indexes were established based on the Transit-Oriented Development(TOD) pattern to make the model suited to Chinese cities.The model avoids determining the index weights,and can identify the reasons that decision making units are invalid.Thus,the model provides scientific basis for the urban transportation planning and land use layout.Using this model,the relationships between urban transportation and land use in 16 Chinese cities were analyzed.
