SiCp/A356复合材料的制备质量检验及控制

摘    要:针对搅拌铸造制备SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的特点,提出了材料复合质量的快速检验方法和质量评判方法,讨论了控制及提高材料复合质量的方法和途径.以此为基础制备出了分布均匀、孔隙率低、含SiC的体积分数为20%的颗粒增强铝基复合材料,并采用所制备的铝基复合材料制造出了我国高速列车制动盘.

Abstract:The quick inspecting method for stirring casting process of SiCp/A356 composites was intro- duced in this paper, and the judgment of the acceptable quality with the inspect method was discussed according to the feature of stirring casting method. Based on this technology, SiCp/A356 with SiC 20 % vol. was produced, of which SiC distribution is homogenous and porosity is low. Brake disk for China high speed train was produced with the SiCp/A356 composites made in this paper.
