| 摘 要： | 采用连续变化的单色光作为激光光源，进行了多孔硅的退火研究，测量了多孔硅的光致发光谱，结果表明，其发光机理一是由量子限制效应所决定；另一种由Ｓｉ－Ｈ键所决定。
