摘    要:"一带一路"战略是中国经济的重要突破和前瞻性的全球布局,直接关系到"十三五"规划目标的实现。"一带一路"的实施是国内产业转移、结构升级的重要途径,也是中国企业开展国际竞争新的市场空间。国内航空物流业自2010年以来增长缓慢,受全球经济衰退的影响显著;此外,航空经济受制于国内经济结构问题且航空物流企业的运营管理水平存在明显短板。"一带一路"为航空物流产业的发展提供了难得的历史性契机,政府应通过强有力的外交与经济手段为航空物流业的发展创造有利的国际环境,通过建设航空港物流枢纽和提升物流企业业务与管理能力使产业具有国际竞争力。

"One Belt and One Road"Strategy and the Development of Aviation Logistics Industry
Abstract:"One Belt and One Road"strategy is an important breakthrough and global forward-looking lay out of the Chinese economy,which is also directly related to"the achievement of thirteen-five planning". Mean while,its implementation is also an important way to shift domestic capacityand up grade industry structureand new market space for Chinese enter prises to carry out international competition. Domestic aviation logistics in-dustry has increased slowly and was affected significantly by the global economic recessionsince 2010. In addi-tion,the aviation economy is subjected to domestic economic structure and there is an obvious weakness in the operation and management level of aviation logistics enterprises."One Belt and One Road"strategy provides a rare historic opportunity for the development of aviation logistics industry. The government should create a favor-able international environment through the strong diplomatic and economic means for the aviation logistics in-dustry.The ability of business and management to logistics enterprises should be enhanced by constructing air-port logistics hubs so as to increase the international competitiveness of the undustry.
