摘    要:采用高能球磨法, 以氮化锂和酰氯氰脲作为前驱物, 并在反应物中滴入少量丙酮制备石墨相氮化碳. 将获得物在真空条件下的管式炉中热处理, 制备出球形体材料.  XRD结果表明, 合成的样品为结晶的石墨相氮化碳.  FTIR和XPS给出合成的石墨相氮化碳内部氮原子和碳原子的主要键合状态.  通过透射电子显微镜分析可知, 合成样品主要由直径为200~300 nm的球形粒子组成.  

Abstract:The mechanochemical reaction between C3N3Cl3 and Li3N with acetone as the additive medium was carried out via high\|energy ball milling. Carbon nitride was obtained by baking the acquisition in a tube furnace in vacuo. XRD reveals the transformation of crystalline structure and it also shows that the product was transformed to graphitic carbon nitride after being milled for 80 hours at 200 r/min and baked at 573 K for 2 h. FTIR spectrum implies the existence of C-N and C=N bonds. XPS analysis also reveals the existence of sp2 CN bonds in the final product. TEM investigation shows that the product mainly consisted of particles with their diameters ranging from 200 to 300 nm.
