| Abstract: | A general processing simulation system for MOCVD is presented. This software package includes three subsystems: reactor fluid mechanics simulation subsystem, reaction thermodynamic simulation subsystem, deposition kinetics simulation subsystem. These subsystems can run independently for different aims, also can run jointly for complete simulation of MOCVD. |
