摘    要:对乙醇浸泡鸡冠并提取其中透明质酸的方法进行研究,通过单因素和相应曲面实验考查了提取时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比对透明质酸得率的影响,确定了乙醇处理鸡冠中透明质酸的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间为25.70 h、乙醇体积分数90.00%、料液比100∶177(g/mL),在此条件下制备透明质酸的得率为27.31%.通过对该物质进行紫外光谱检测,显示该提取物质与标准品出峰位置一致,确定该提取物质是透明质酸.

Abstract:Fresh cockscomb was used as the raw material and the hyaluronic acid extraction yield as the target to withdraw the method by ethanol precipitation .The ranges of all affecting factors were determined by single factor experiment and Box -Behnken center combination experimental design used to set up two times multiterm mathematical model .The result indi-cated that the data results significantly and the optimum conditions of ethanol precipitation was obtained as follows: the extraction time was 25.70 h, hyaluronic acid extraction yield was 90.00%,solid-liquid ratio was 100∶177 ( g/mL) and the hyaluronic acid extraction yield was 23 .73%.Determine the extraction of substances through the UV spectrum detection of hyaluronic acid .
