| 摘 要： | 从简单、实用、易操作和有效性的角度,提出一种基于综合分类的工程项目风险管理方法.该方法采用依次按风险的主要承担者、风险的可管理性和风险的作用强度三个分类标准将工程风险进行分层分类,并给出这些风险分类相对应的5种风险管理策略集.通过该方法的使用,工程项目各参与方可以明确各自面临的风险、风险的大小以及各风险的可管理性等进行风险管理的必要信息,以及针对这些风险的管理策略和规避计划.

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of simpleness,practicability and validity,the construction project risk management method based on comprehensive classification is presented in this paper.The risk factors of construction project are classified in hierarchy according to the risk undertaker,risk measurability and risk loss severity,and five corresponding strategy sets are also given for dealing with these risk classifications.All the participants of construction project could gain respectively the exact information about the risk factors,the losses,and make plans or strategies to elude these risks by easily and effectively using the methods provided in this paper. |
