| 摘 要： | 从两个方面阐述了上海汽车产业跨越式发展的建议与对策；第一，要按市场充分竞争的游戏规则对汽车行业重新洗牌，借以选择竞争战略，培养竞争优势，第二，在引进外资上，要变革传统观念，给“民族汽车工业”以崭新的内涵。
