| Abstract: | The enterprises, which want to exist and develop, need constructing an excellent enterprise culture. This paper introduces the necessity of constructing the people-based enterprise culture in the railway diversified enterprises, analyzes on the problems existing in the construction of the enterprise culture currently, and puts forward some paths for constructing the people-based enterprise culture in the railway diversified enterprises. |
