| Abstract: | The practice of the informatization construction of Taiyuan Steel and Iron Company demonstrates that the informatization construction and the talents development influence on each other, the informatization construction needs high-quality talents and can train a batch of the talents, and the development of the talents can promote the progress of the informatization construction, both the two sides can be fused together. So the human resource is not only one connotation of enterprise' informatization, but also the master of the progress of enterprise' informatization. |
