| Abstract: | In order to make the familial enterprise avoid being eliminated in intense market competition and seek greater development,the original familial enterprise system must be broken, the socialized property right and managerial system must be practiced,the new operating thought, new operating strategy and new sci-tech innovative capacity must be adopted so as to receive the challenge of the new century. |
