材料成型专业模块化人才培养方案构建与探索

摘    要:借鉴德国应用型人才培养模式,根据材料成型及控制工程专业(模具方向)人才培养的定位及能力目标,改革现有的课程结构组成,设置以能力为导向的模块化教学体系,构建与探索模块化人才培养方案.培养的学生能适应现代模具技术发展,具备工程实践能力和创新应用能力,能认识本专业的发展趋势和企业生产管理知识.同时,具有团队协作精神和人文精神.

Abstract:According to the orientation and ability of talent training scheme for materials forming and controlling engineering specialty (mold) reference to Germany applied universities, current curriculum structure-constitute was reformed, plan modular teaching system with ability to direction of guiding, construct and explore modular talent training scheme. Trained students are able to adapt modern mold technology development, taking on engineering practice and innovation application ability, knowing mold specialty development trend and enterprise production management knowledge. At the same time, students have teamwork and humanistic spirit.
