铜陵市蔬菜中重金属污染现状评价

摘    要:为了研究铜陵市蔬菜中重金属污染状况,采用原子吸收法对杨家山和狮子山菜市场的西红柿、茄子、黄瓜样品中的重金属Cu、Cr、Cd、Zn含量进行了测定.运用评价分析模式得出,三种蔬菜样品中Cu和Zn两种重金属的单因子污染等级均为清洁级,Cd的单因子污染等级为轻度污染级,Cr的单因子污染等级为中度污染级.因此,应加强蔬菜中重金属污染的预防和治理工作.

Abstract:In order to study the polluted status of vegetables by heavy metals in Tongling city, the contents of Cu, Cr, Cd, Zn in the vegetable samples such as cucumber, eggplant and tomato in Yangjiashan and Shizishan food markets of Tongling city were determined by atom absorption method . The evaluation and analysing mode was also employed to reach the conclusion:the pollution grades of both the Cu and Zn contents in such three vegetables are all in clean level, the pollution grade of the Cd content is in light level, the pollution grade of the Cr content is in middle level. Therefore, we should enhance work to prevent and control vegetable not to be polluted by heavy metals.
