| 摘 要： | 边部加热器是用于不锈钢热轧生产线上的一项新技术,对提高热轧板的边部质量,尤其是镀锡板的质量起着关键作用。介绍了边部加热器系统结构,并对边部加热器轧线配套控制软件的开发从3个方面进行了研究,即L1和传动的通讯程序;边部加热器的同步跟踪功能;增加粗轧四级减速逻辑控制和轧线保护功能软件。

| Abstract: | Edge heater is a new technology of hot-rolling production line of stainless steel which plays a key role in improving quality of edge of hot rolled plate and tinning sheet.In this paper,the author introduced system structure of edge heater,and researched development of control software of supporting binding wire of edge heater from 3 aspects,including L1 and driving communication procedure;synchronous tracking of edge heater;enhancing logical control of rough rolling 4 deceleration and functional software of binding wire protection. |
