| 摘 要： | 基于多媒体和网络的教学模式，极大地促进了大学英语教学的改革，它不仅丰富了教学内容，提高了教学效率，而且促进了整个教学观念的更新。对多媒体和网络技术教育中存在的问题进行了分析，重点阐述了多媒体和网络模式下的英语教学优势，探讨了实施多媒体和网络技术教学的必要性。
