| Abstract: | Taiji originated and has been prevailing in China for ages. Nowadays it has become part of the athletic culture and developed rapidly. This paper is focusing mainly on the practice of Taiji with a theoretical framework and on the problems which are commonly come across. A general conclusion of how to master and teach Taiji is finally provided. |
