| 摘 要： | 通过对摔跤运动的起源及其发展历史的研究,探讨摔跤运动在当今社会所具有的现实意义.提出通过比赛和表演、学校教育和社会体育三个途径来发展现代摔跤运动,弘扬了东北地区民族传统体育文化,促进了东北地区民族体育事业的进步和发展.
