he project management software has an important position in the design of Three Geoges Project Management Information System. In,order to develop a software appropriate to the Three Geoges Project management pattern,the author suggests that in the software development the management needs of the Three Geoges Project be taken into account first, and then,the software be developed to adequately serve the functions to realize the project management objectives and to satisfy the shortest duration of project software devclopment.Thus,a feasible approach is to introduce some overseas commercialized project management software and make it satisfy the demands of the Three Geoges Project management.
