自我效能理论与大学英语教学

摘    要:从调整大学生英语学习策略、指导大学生英语自主学习、帮助教师提升教学效能感3个方面,探讨了班杜拉自我效能理论在大学英语教学中的应用.强调引导大学生有效运用已习得的英语学习策略并学会对不同英语学习策略进行选择,在自主学习中树立积极的自我概念并发挥情感因素的积极作用;用教学效能感理论调整教师的认知和行为,对自己的教学成效正确归因,并利用自身的效能感影响学生的效能感.

Abstract:It is intended to explore the application of self-efficacy theory in college English teaching. Based on an introduction to this theory,this exploration is carried out from three perspectives:adjust the college students’ learning strategies,guide the learner autonomy in their learning process and help teachers improve their teaching efficacy.In terms of learning strategy adjustment,it is meaningful to help learners employ strategies acquired wisely and make choices among more alternatives.In terms of learner autonomy,it is significant to help them develop an active self-concept and make a positive use of affective factors.In terms of improving teaching efficacy,it is enlightening to help teachers adapt their cognition and behaviors related to this theory,forming a healthy attribution tendency towards their teaching effects so as to exert more positive influences on students’ self-efficacy.
