| 摘 要： | 人本管理指的是以人为本的管理理念,它是现代管理思想、管理理念的新变革,目前广泛应用于图书馆管理工作中。本文首先介绍了＂以人为本＂服务的科学内涵;第二部分论述了以读者为本,体现读者至上的服务理念;第三部分分析了以人为本是＂科学管理＂的必然趋势;最后论述了以馆员为本,施行人性化管理。

| Abstract: | the management refers to the people--oriented management concept,it is the new ideas of reform,the management concept of modern management,has been widely used in the management of library.This paper first introduces the scientific connotation of ＂people-oriented＂service 1 the second part discusses the reader--oriented,reflected the reader first service concept;the third part analyzes the＂people--oriented is the inevitable trend of scientific management＂l finally discusses the librarian ＇as this,implement humanized management. |
