摘    要:在现阶段,煤矿胶带机的应用非常重要,为配合现场使用工况,并减少设备重复投资,经过对现有控制系统的配置情况和市场上应用比较成熟的设备进行调研,决定使用PLC加软启动开关的控制方案替代原有的变频控制系统.通过现场使用证明,改造后的系统充分发挥了传统软启动开关在大功率电机重载启动过程中的控制优势,也结合了PLC控制系统可对设备精确联控、监测信号种类灵活、数据通讯上传简单得特点.经现场运行结果证明,改造后的系统完全满足矿井生产的需要.

Abstract:Currently,the application of the adhesive tape machine in coal mine is very important,in order to cooperate with the working condition on site,and to reduce the overlapping of investment equipment,through the research on the configuration and application of the existing control system and some mature equipment on the market,this paper decided to use PLC and soft start switch control scheme to replace the original frequency conversion control system. After transforming system is proved by field use and give full play to the traditional soft start switch control in the process of high power motor overload start advantage,also combined with PLC control system can be accurate to equipment from spreading,flexible monitoring signal types,data communications upload simple characteristics. The site operation results show that the modified system fully meet the needs of the production of the mine.
