摘    要:由含氢化诺卜基的叔胺N,N-二甲基氢化诺卜基胺与1,10-二溴癸烷反应合成得到一个双子季铵盐:十亚甲基-1,10-双(氢化诺卜基二甲基溴化铵).用质谱和核磁共振分析(氢谱与碳谱)表征了合成产物的结构; 采用菌丝生长速率法在5种质量浓度下测试了合成产物对9种植物病原菌的抑菌活性.结果表明:合成的化合物对9种植物病原菌均具有较好的抑制活性,其远高于阳性对照物百菌清.其中对松枯梢病病原菌(Diplodia pinea)、烟草黑胫病菌(phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae)的抑制率最高,在质量浓度分别为200.0、100.0、50.0、25.0、12.5 mg·L-1的条件下,均为100%; 当质量浓度大于等于50.0 mg·L-1时,对七叶树壳梭孢菌(Fusicoccum aeculi)、水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和西瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxyporum f. sp. niveum)的抑制率均为100%.

Abstract:The gemini quaternary ammonium salt named as decylidene-1,10-bis(hydronopol dimethyl ammonium bromide)is prepared by the reaction of N,N-dimethyl hydronopol amine with 1,10-dibromodecane.The structures of the products are characterized by GC-MS and NMR(1H NMR and 13C NMR),and the antifungal activities of 9 plant pathogens are tested by mycelial growth rate method at 5 concentrations.The results show that the compound have good inhibitory activity against 9 kinds of plant pathogenic bacteria,which is much higher than chlorothalonil.Among them,the highest inhibition rate of Diplodia pinea and phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae is 100% at the concentrations of 200.0、100.0、50.0、25.0、12.5 mg·L-1.And above 50.0 mg·L-1,the inhibition rate of Fusicoccum aeculi,Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxyporum f. sp. niveum are also 100%.
