高碳低合金抗磨钢的研制与应用

摘    要:在高碳钢中,加入少量的合金元素并采用适当的铸造、热处理工艺,获得马氏体与贝氏体组织钥试验钢具有良好的硬度和韧性.用于磨球和板锤的生产中,显示出优良的抗磨性.

Abstract:Bainite and martansite can be obtained by odding some they elements into the high-carbon with suitable casting process and heat treatment. The tested steel possesses excellent toughness and hardness. Wear-resistant ball and palte-hammer made of this kind of steel shows remarkable wear-resistance.
