福州市城市空间扩展及城市化研究

城市扩展的空间数据是评估城市化进程的一个重要指标．本文以福州市为例，探讨了利用城市发展的空间数据研究城市化进程的原理和方法．文章应用遥感技术分别提取了福州市1986年和2000年的城镇用地信息，计算出两个年份的城市建设用地面积，并结合社会经济数据对福州市的城市化进程、城市化水平、城市扩展强度以及产业结构进行了分析与研究，并利用回归分析进一步查明了福州市城市化进程的驱动力，最后根据规划目标针对福州市将来的发展提出了一些思路，以供借鉴。

The Analysis of Spatial Expansion and Urbanization in Fuzhou City

Urban expansion in which non-urban land was turned to urban land is an important aspect of urbanization. Taking Fuzhou as an example, this paper discusses the method of assessment of urbanization using urban expansion data. To get the actual cantonal area of Fuzhou, remote-sensing technology was employed to extract the urban built-up land information from two Landsat TM/ETM+ images of 1986 and 2000 respectively. Combined with the socioeconomic data, this paper investigated the urbanization, urban expansion intensity and industrial structure of Fuzhou. Furthermore, regression analysis was used to find out the driving forces to Fuzhou's urbanization. At the end of this paper, some problems existing in the city's process of urbanization were discussed.
