摘    要:采用荞麦为实验原材料,比较系统地研究了在超临界状态下,样品含水量、萃取温度、压力、时间对萃取率的影响,确定最佳工艺条件,为批量生产提供依据。

Abstract:Buckwheat was taken as experimental material of extraction condition. Under supercritical condition, the influences of grind degrees, extraction temperature, extraction pressure and extraction time on the extraction rate are studied systematically. This optical technological way has also been determined and bases for batch process been provided.
