| 摘 要： | 做好＂推优＂工作是当前各级高校团组织面临的一项具有战略意义的重要工作。结合对高校招生规模扩招后＂推优＂工作现状调查和广大团员青年对＂推优＂工作的有关评价,可以发现高校＂推优＂工作实际中仍存在着＂优＂的标准不够细化,制度的执行不够严谨,结果与实效并不完全被认同等问题。建议高校应从创建学习型团组织,保持党团工作衔接,健全监督与考核机制等方面进一步完善＂推优＂工作。

| Abstract: | The task of recommending-the-best is an important strategic work to the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.According to investigations on the present situation and the means of recommending-the-best in the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities after the capacity expansion of students enrolling in the recent years.The article offers the evaluation of recommending-the-best in the Youth members and reflects its shortages with the suggestions for improvement.Such as,colleges and universities should enhance the study-oriented organizations,keep three ＂synchronization＂,and perfect supervision and evaluation mechanism. |
