| 摘 要： | 磷脂是所有生物膜的基本结构物质和功能物质。磷脂对膜蛋白的构象和细胞膜的流动性起着重要作用,影响着膜蛋白功能的正常发挥。分析了解生物膜的磷脂组成对研究生物膜的结构与功能是十分必要的。本文介绍了磷脂的各种分析方法,主要是薄层色谱、柱色谱、高效液相色谱和气相色谱法。

| Abstract: | Phosphalipids is the most important lipid constituent of all biological membranes.To analyse the composition of phospholipids in biological membranes is very necessary for research on the relationship between the structure and function of biological membranes. Analytical methods of phospholipids, TLC, column chromatography, HPLC and GC are introduced in this paper. |
