| 摘 要： | 高职高专学生就业能力受择业观念、教育教学工作、就业指导和用人单位观念等诸多因素影响。高职高专院校必须深化改革、全面提高学生综合素质，加强引导、帮助学生确立正确科学的就业观，加强就业指导、健全就业指导工作机制，形成提升学生就业能力的合力，促进学生就业能力的提升。

| Abstract: | Student's employment-seeking ability at higher vocational colleges is affected by various factors,such as employment-seeking opinions,educational and teaching work,employment-seeking guidance,etc..In order to improve students' employment-seeking ability,teaching staff should deepen educational reform,improve students' comprehensive qualities,give proper guidance,help students form correct ideas concerning seeking employment,and perfect working mechanism of guiding employment-seeking work. |
