| 摘 要： | 体育游戏除了具有游戏和体育活动的一般特点之外,还具有目的性、自选性和趣味性等自身的特点.阐述了体育游戏的健身、娱乐和教育作用以及体育游戏的教学原则.将体育游戏运用于中学体育教学中,具有如下作用:促进中学生身心健康发展,使学生集中注意力和提高兴奋性,诱导学生练习,提高学生兴趣等.

| Abstract: | Besides the general features of sports and games,sports games has its own characteristics of purposiveness,self-choice,and interestingness.The paper expounds sports games' functions of fitness,amusement,and education,as well as its teaching principles.The advantages of sports games in middle school PE teaching are: to promote the students' healthy physical and mental growth;to cause them to concentrate and feel more excited;and to attract them to practice and to arouse and raise their interests. |
