| 摘 要： | 产学研结合是当前社会背景下高职院校办学的主要特色,也是高职院校培养实用型、技能型人才的主要出路,以国家示范性(骨干)高职院校——江苏农牧科技职业学院为例,阐述高职院校在当前产学研结合机制创新、人才培养模式创新、课程教学体系改革、产学研基地建设等方面进行的探索与实践,为高职院校产学研结合培养人才提供参考。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,university-industry cooperation integration is the main feature of running school of higher vocational college.It is also an effective channel for the effective education of technical and skillful talents.The paper expounds the innovation of university-industry cooperation mechanism,cultivable mode of the talent,course teaching system and the base construction of Production-study-Research,taking Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an example,which is national demonstration college.It also provide reference for talent training mode of university-industry cooperation. |
