地方应用型本科高校大学生全程化就业指导体系构建

当前,随着高等学校办学规模的不断扩大,高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,改革传统的高校就业指导方式,提高大学生就业能力势在必行。文章针对当前高校就业指导中存在的一系列问题,在深入分析地方应用型本科高校特点的基础上,结合我校长期改革实践经验,提出了针对大学生的全程化就业指导体系。

Study of Full Process of Employment Guidance System of the Local Application-oriented Undergraduate University

At present,along with the enrollment constant expansion of undergraduate university,college graduates employment situation is getting worse,to reform of the traditional universities employment guidance and improve the ability of college students＇ employment is imperative.In the light of these universities employment undergraduate problems,the paper aims to build a full process employment guidance system base on the thorough analysis characteristics of local undergraduate university and experience of our the long-term reform practice.
