以杂多酸催化法乙醇脱水制乙烯

摘    要:以杂多酸作催化剂对乙醇脱水制乙烯进行了研究,实验结果表明,杂多酸催化剂,具有较好的催化活性,选择性和反应温度低,收率高等优点,它优于文献报道的南开NKC-034型,美国Holcon公司的Sxndol型和γ-Al2O3,同时对催化剂的用量等寿命做了深入的研究。

Abstract:It was studied that alcohol dehydration to ethylene on heterropoly acid catalyst. It shows that heteropoly acid catalyst works well on the reaction,with high activity and selectivity,and low reaction temperature,that it is good than the reported catalysts of NKC-03A type prepared by NANKAI University,of SXNDOL type and r type Al2O3 prepared by Holcon Company of U.S.;and also studied the active life and use.
