玄武岩纤维在混凝土中的应用与分析

摘    要:玄武岩纤维掺入混凝土中能有效增强混凝土的力学性能.在基体混凝土配比一定条件下,纤维掺量为0.2%时,研究玄武岩纤维长度、直径与玄武岩纤维增强混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度的关系,得出玄武岩纤维长度较长时,混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度也随之增加,当玄武岩纤维长度达到20 mm时,抗压强度、抗折强度有所下降.玄武岩纤维直径越小,混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度越大.为建筑行业在玄武岩纤维增强混凝土设计时选用玄武岩纤维提供参考.

Abstract:Basalt fibers are mixed into concrete in order to improve mechanical property under given conditions of matrix concrete ratio,with the mixing amount of fiber as 0. 2%. The paper studied the relationship between the length and diameter of the basalt fibers and the compression strength and ending test of basalt fibers strengthening concrete. Test results indicate that compression strength,bending strength become increased when the length of basalt fibers becomes longer. When the length of basalt fibers is 20 mm,compression strength,bending strength become decreased. Compression strength,bending strength become increased when the diameter of basalt fibers becomes bigger. It provides reference of concrete design in the construction industry.
