| 摘 要： | 公正是刑事诉讼的最高价值。我国刑事诉讼改革的目标应当是追求司法的公正和正义，而完善被告人的权利保障机制应是刑事诉讼改革的重要内容。确定个体利益优先即被告人利益优先作为刑事诉讼的价值取向，是我国刑事诉讼走向公正明的重要举措。

| Abstract: | Justice represents the highest value in criminal procedure,which the reform of China's criminal procedure should aim at.Improving the safeguard for defendant's rights is major content of the reform of criminal procedure.Regarding priority to individual (namely,defendant's) interest as the trend of value in criminal procedure is an important act for China's criminal procedure to move towards justice and civilization. |
