| 摘 要： | It has been found that ferric chloride is superior to H2SO4 when used as catalyst for esterificatiou of isoamyl alcohol with hexauoic acid. The optimum reaction conditions in synthesis of isoamyl hexanoate catalyzed with ferric chloride are determined,with the yield at 87. 65％.
