摘    要:研制某高炮随动系统故障诊断装置,包括信号检测点的确定、硬件系统设计、信号调理、系统测试以及故障诊断的方法与策略等.提出确定性故障和模糊性故障的概念.该装置采用计算机分布式结构和故障诊断专家系统.实测结果表明,装置定格为二级维修时故障覆盖率大于85%,故障诊断成功率大于96%,诊断时间小于5 min.

Abstract:The fault diagnosis device for a gun servo system was developed, including the choice of test points, hardware design, signal preprocessing and systems designs for the methods and tactics of diagnosis. The paper also presents diagnosis schemes for certain and fuzzy troubles. Distributed structure and expert system have been applied to the diagnosis apparatus. Test results of this device covered 85% diagnosis for servo systems with a trouble shooting success rate reaching 96%, and taking a diagnosis time of less than 5 min.
