摘    要:建立了活性氧化铝固定床吸附除氟过程的数学模型,通过连续实验获得了Langmuir吸附容量qm以及Langmuir常数KL,运用最小二乘法拟合了吸附过程的总传质系数ks,并使用龙格-库塔法求得模型的数值解。为了验证模型的可靠性,将所建立模型的计算结果与实验结果进行比较,使用相对误差法进行分析。结果表明当空速小于6.0 h-1时,6组模拟与实验数据的相对误差均小于10%,模拟与实验所得穿透曲线吻合良好。所建立模型的准确性能够满足工程应用和设备设计的需要。

Abstract:A mathematical model has been developed to describe fluoride sorption in a fixed bed column. Some of the model parameters were experimentally determined (qm, KL) and the others (such as ks) were evaluated based on the experimental data parameters. The identification procedure was based on the least squares statistical method. The PDEs of the system were discretized in the form of ordinary differential equations (ODE) and were solved for the given initial and boundary conditions using the Runge-Kutta method. The flexibility of the developed model was checked using six sets of experimental data, and the predictive power of the model was shown to be applicable in all the studied cases when the space velocity was less than 6.0h-1. The developed model should be a useful tool for the optimization of the fluoride removal process and the design of fixed bed columns using activated alumina as a sorbent.
