水泥混凝土路面脱空状态下的荷载应力

摘    要:探讨了板底脱空的形成机理及一般图式,应用有限元方法,详细分析了不同地基模型(文克勒地基和弹性半空间地基)、不同车辆荷载(单轴、双轴和三轴)作用下无限大板和有限尺寸板在脱空状态下的荷载应力,研究发现,脱空状态下板的荷载应力是未脱空时的1.0~4.6倍不等.通过引入板尺寸修正系数、脱空应力修正系数,给出了考虑脱空影响的路面板荷载应力一般计算式,回归了未脱空无限大板荷载应力,分析了板平面尺寸的影响,提供了脱空应力修正系数诺模图,结果可用于水泥混凝土路面快速评定与断板防治.

Abstract:The mechanism and general configuration of void beneath cement concrete pavement slabs are briefly discussed. By using a self-developed finite element program based on the model of elastic thin plate resting on Winkler or half space foundation, the loading stress in infinite and finite size slab with void underneath are systematically analyzed. Studies show that with the increase of void amount, the stress would be up to 1.0- 4.6 times as high as that in the pavement slabs without void underneath. By introducing the concepts of modified coefficient to size sealing and modified coefficient to void, the general formulas of loading stress in cement concrete pavement slabs are then given, the effect of slab size sealing is discussed, and the Nomographs of modified coefficient to void is presented accordingly, therefore, the results can be used for cement concrete pavements evaluation and slabs cracking prevention.
