N—二茂铁烷基氨基醇的正相和反相薄层色谱法

摘    要:用硅胶G作吸附剂,以二氯甲烷-正己烷-丙酮(2:1:2),环己烷-1,4-二氧六环(9:7),石油醚-1,4-二氧六环(5:4)作展开剂;用石蜡油浸渍硅藻土G板,以甲醇-水(12:9)为展开剂,对19个N-二茂铁烷基氨基醇分别作正相和反相薄层色谱分离,均得到良好的分离效果。

Abstract:Nineteen N-ferrocenylalkyl amino-alcohol have been separated by TLC using silica gel as absorbent, dichloromethane: n-hexane: acetone(2: 1: 2), cyclohexane: p-dioxane(9: 7),or petroleum ether: P-dionane(5: 4) as developer, and by reversed phase TLC using plates of Kieselguhr G layers impregnated with the paraffin oil, methyl alcohol: water(12: 9) as developer. The effect of Separation is better.
