中国食品工业的现状及发展趋势研究中国食品工业的现状及发展趋势研究

改革开放30年来,中国食品工业得到了前所未有的发展,食品综合生产能力大幅度提升,居民食物消费水平显著提高.但毋庸置疑,中国食品工业的发展仍然存在着很多问题.本文从经济效益、内部结构及对外贸易等方面系统梳理了中国食品工业的发展现状,并对食品工业发展中的几个主要比例关系进行了分析,在此基础上,探讨了中国食品产业竞争力、食品安全及食品工业产品结构等方面存在的问题及其发展趋势,并提出了相应的政策建议.
