摘    要:以生态足迹法为基础,从高速公路通过区域的土地转化为可耕地、林地、牧草地、水域、化石能源地、建成地六个主要土地类型入手,阐述高速公路建设对生态环境的影响,并以绵阳——遂宁高速公路(绵阳段)为例,计算高速公路修建前后绵阳市生态足迹与生态容量的变化,并预测评价研究段公路建设在影响范围内对各土地类型的改变的影响程度。为政府部门高速公路建设的提供了决策依据。

Abstract:Based on Ecological Footprint Analysis method, we expounded on the main environmental problems, ecological and changes because of the highway building through six main regional types land: arable land, forest, pasture, water, fossil energy land and built-up areas. And then we calculate the change of the ecological footprint and ecological capacity contracting with the figure before and after the highway building in Mianyang by taking Mianyang---Suining highway (Mianyang section) for example. At the same time, we also evaluate and forecast the effects to all kinds of land brought by highway building, and we hope that government will provide decisions for highway building.
