| 摘 要： | 重载运输是中国铁路货运未来的发展方向,列车重量、速度和密度的合理匹配是解决铁路重载运输的关键问题之一,应根据国民经济和社会的需求及线路基本情况等确定三者间的匹配关系.本文从运输管理理论的角度,论述了我国重载线路列车重量、速度、密度合理匹配的基本准则应是"技术可行,经济有利,社会有益".这一准则对于推进我国铁路重载运输的发展有着重要的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Heavy haul railway is a leading development direction of China railway freight transportation.Logical matching relationship for weight,speed,density of heavy haul railway is a key factor in freight railway in China.It's a complicated system problem to find out the logical matching relationship for weight,speed,density of heavy haul railway.Matching relation of these three elements should be assured according to country economy,society needs and route basic condition,ect.Based on transportation organization management theory,this paper discusses that the fundamental rule should be taken into consideration in any resolution of the three factors: feasibility in the technologies,profitability in the economy and beneficial to the society.The rule has important meaning for development of our country railway freight transportation. |
