地方院校实践教学体系运行保障机制探讨

分析了高校实践性教学运行保障机制的现状,从全面地将实践性项目纳入人才培养方案之中、造就一批具有实践能力的教师队伍、实习、服务和就业基地一体化方式,推进校外实践教学基地建设、基于学生实习的创新性的工程训练中心建设、深化实验室管理体制和运行机制改革、全方位建立大学生学科竞赛保障激励机制、充分利用现代教学手段,强化实践教学管理和建立实践教学质量监控体系等方面对新形势下实践教学体系的运行保障机制进行了探索。

Exploration of the Operating Protection Mechanisms for Practicing Teaching System in Local Institutions

With analyzing the status quo of operating protection mechanisms for current practice teaching in colleges and universities, this paper explores ＂the practice teaching system＂, an operating protection mechanism under the new situation. It illustrates this in some aspects, such as incorporating the full practice into the talent training programs; creating an integrated way with a large number of practical ability of teachers, training/services/employment base ; promoting the building of out-of-school teaching practice bases and the training center based on the creativity of practice students, deepening the reform of the laboratory management system and operating mechanism, fully establishing the protection mechanism to inspire students in subject competition, making full use of modem methods; and strengthening the practice of teaching management and the establishment of practice teaching quality monitoring system, etc.
