羟乙基乙二胺/甲醛改性木质素胺沥青乳化剂的合成及在线红外光谱研究

摘    要:以木质素、β-羟乙基乙二胺、氢氧化钠和甲醛为原料合成出一种新型阳离子沥青乳化剂羟乙基乙二胺/甲醛改性木质素胺.对该种沥青乳化剂合成进行了工艺条件研究,例如反应温度、时间、原料配比以及氢氧化钠用量,并得到了最佳反应条件.利用在线红外光谱手段对反应进行了检测,中间产物生成,则检测结束,并提出了相应的反应机理.该乳化剂对沥青乳化能力好,属于快裂型,可广泛应用于粘层油和碎石封层施工.

Synthesis of Hydroxyethyl Ethylenediamine/Formaldehyde Modified Lignin Amine Asphalt Emulsifier and its Investigation by Online FTIR Spectrophotometry

Abstract:In this paper,a new cationic type asphalt emulsifier of hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine/formaldehyde modified lignin amine is synthesized by the reaction of lignin,β-hydroxyethyl ethylene diamine,sodium hydroxide and formaldehyde. The product is analyzed by FTIR. Variable analysis is used for the synthesis of the modified lignin amine type cationic emulsifier. The variables include reaction temperature,reaction time,the ratio of raw material,and sodium hydroxide. We get the optimum reaction conditions. The online FTIR analysis is used to detect the reaction. Regarding to the data and information of the experiment,the reaction mechanism is proposed. The asphalt emulsifier has good emulsification effect to AH-90 asphalt. The emulsifier belongs to rapid-set emulsifier of asphalt. It can be applied to the road pavement construction of tack coat and chip seal.
