| Abstract: | This article has analysised the personnel training pattern of the higher vocational colleges from three aspects:the essential of talented person, the personnel training goal localization and the higher vocational education's goal, has carried on the elaboration to the people-oriented connotation, finally elaborated the general model and the method of constructing personnel training pattern of the higher vocation talented person by people-oriented. |
