并列运行锅炉的递阶智能控制

摘    要:针对4台母管制并列运行锅炉,采用基于知识的两级递阶控制方案.控制级针对锅炉燃烧过程,采用带知识库的自校正控制和自寻最优控制;协调级完成锅炉负荷的优化分配和集中管理.实际运行表明,提高燃烧效率4.7%,在负荷大幅度变化和各炉工况差异较大的情况下,系统运行可靠,适应性强,调试方便。

Abstract:A 2-level hierarchical and intelliget control, knowledge based scheme are proposed for 4-juxtaposed boilers. In the execution stage, a knowledge - based self-tuning control and selfoptimizing control scheme is achieved for the combustion process of the boiler. In the coordination stage, the optimization of boiler-load and centralized management of the whole system are implemented. Actual running of the unit has shown that the combustion efficiency can be increased 4.7%. Under conditions of significant fluctuations in steam-load and conditions of combustion in the boiler, the automatic control system can assure better adaptability and reliability. In addition, the system can be regulated conveniently.
