数据中心喷雾冷却系统研究进展和要素分析

摘    要:随着互联网和通信技术的快速发展,数据机房的建设与维护需求越来越多.与此同时也带来了数据机房的高散热问题.为将喷雾冷却技术应用于数据机房中解决数据机房的散热问题,本研究通过归纳喷雾冷却系统应用于数据机房中需解决的换热、冷源选择、流体传输配置的优化和系统的控制与反馈等问题研究数据机房喷雾冷却系统关键要素.对比了不同冷源应用于数据机房的优缺点,以及喷雾冷却系统的整体优化;并在此基础上讨论了系统管路的构成和优化整体介质回收系统的途径;提出了系统联动反馈调节装置.结果 表明:冷源的选择不仅要满足喷雾冷却的需求,同时需与喷雾冷却系统相匹配;系统管路的设计要建立在降低流阻上,设计最优管路;可通过结合主动调节系统和被动调节系统来保证喷雾冷却系统在数据机房的正常运行.研究结果可为将来应用喷雾冷却系统为数据机房散热提供一定的参考.

Abstract:With the rapid development of Internet and communication technology, the demand for construction and maintenance of the data center is increasing. At the same time, the problem of high heat dissipation in the data room has been provided. In order to apply spray cooling technology to the data center to solve the cooling problem ,the key elements of the spray cooling system are investigated by summarizing the problems of heat exchange, cooling source selection, fluid transmission configuration optimization and system control and feedback in the real application of spray cooling system to the data center. The advantages and disadvantages of different cooling sources applied in the data center are compared, as well as the overall optimization of the spray cooling system. On the basis, two key problems, the composition of the system pipeline and the way to optimize the overall medium recovery system, are discussed. And then the system linkage feedback adjustment device is proposed. The results show that the selection of cooling source should not only meet the requirements of spray cooling, but also match with the spray cooling system. The design of system pipeline should be proposed based on reducing flow resistance and designing optimal pipeline distribution. The normal operation of the spray cooling system in the data center can be guaranteed by combining the active control system and the passive control system. The content involved in this paper can provide reference for the application of spray cooling system in the data center.
